I offer Telehealth services, which means you don’t have to worry about LA traffic or parking! This also allows for more flexibility in scheduling and makes my services available to anyone residing in California.

Whether you are suffering from anxiety, processing the impact of a traumatic experience, or working to improve your relationship, my goal is to provide support and guidance as you navigate these challenges.

Therapy is not one-size fit all so my approach is specific to your needs. I incorporate techniques and modalities that will be most beneficial for you and help you to reach your goals.
